After successful launch of the two series of HP (dv2t and dv3t), the next HP Pavilion dv4t series comes with a 14.1 inch notebook, customized for the new all age users. Unlike its predecessors it contains new Intel Centrino 2 processor and has a mobile platform. Due to its latest style and design features it is known as “Montevina”.

The laptop configuration is revised to a high set of values, featuring a GMA X4500 Graphics or an Nvidia GeForce 9200M GS GPU, with a high value RAM to support blistering speed and a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels having an LED or CCFL backlight. It has a high storage capacity and uses a Blu-Ray Disc drive or a DVD burner.

The notebook has excellent networking features. It supports WiFi technology, Ethernet LAN connection and an optional Bluetooth technology. It has a built-in camera, and features HDMI and VGA outputs along with three USB ports and 4th which is shared with eSATA port. Not just this but it also has 5 in 1 media card reader, Express Card slot and an infrared receiver.
